Costa Rica - Reset Retreat March 2027

This retreat was created from a shared belief that transformation is something to be experienced, not just talked about. By bringing together the unique gifts and expertise of Chelsea, Kate, and Geoff, we’ve intentionally designed an immersive journey that supports growth on every level: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

Set in the natural beauty of Costa Rica, this experience is about stepping away from the noise of everyday life and creating space to reconnect with yourself. Through guided practices, meaningful conversations, movement, adventure, reflection, and community, participants will have the opportunity to reset, recharge, and gain clarity on what matters most.

More than a retreat, this is an invitation to slow down, be present, and experience the power of connection—with yourself, with others, and with the life you want to create.
